Previous incidents

Our team are currently looking into an issue impacting our eXtend control panel servers, this impacts managethisdomain.com, vps-10.com and other related control panel access points.

Hosted services are not impacted.

We are currently investigating an issue preventing users from accessing the WordPress admin login page due to ReCaptcha blocking progress. Our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team is treating this as a priority, and we will provide updates as soon as more information is available.

We are looking into reports of connectivity issues with mta.extendcp.co.uk for sending email through the SMTP server. We apologise for any inconvenience caused whilst we continue to investigate.

Update - this has now been resolved but we continue to monitor.
